This is typically an 8-week program, but you'll have access to the materials for 6 months.
This course is a self-paced learning experience with practical examples, exercises, and presentations.
This training requires about 15–30 minutes a day and is most effective when done at home. Different types of exercises include formal meditation and more informal daily practices.
At its core, mindfulness is about starting over again and again.
